2. Products and services

We sell digital educational guides delivered as downloadable PDF files, and commissioned AI-generated imagery for brands. Purchase of a guide grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish or reproduce our guides in whole or in part, or share your download link with others.

4. Delivery

Digital guides are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, by download link and email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Commissioned imagery is delivered within the timeframe agreed at the point of order.

6. AI-generated content

All imagery produced or displayed by us is AI-generated, and we state this openly. Where imagery is commissioned for commercial or advertising use, it remains the client's responsibility to comply with any disclosure requirements applicable in their market.

7. Results

Our guides are educational. We make no guarantee of any particular result, income or outcome from using them. Third-party AI tools referenced in our guides are operated by their own providers, are subject to their own terms and pricing, and may change, increase in price, or become unavailable at any time.

8. Commissioned work and usage rights

For commissioned imagery, full commercial usage rights transfer to the client upon payment. We may display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Referral programme

Where we offer commission on referred sales, commission is paid on completed, non-refunded orders. We may withhold commission where we reasonably believe referrals were obtained through spam, misrepresentation, or breach of any platform's terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
