Refund policy

Digital products

All products sold on theaiitgirl.co.uk are digital downloads, delivered instantly on purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, you waive this right at the point of purchase by consenting to immediate delivery.

At checkout you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once access has been provided.

Faulty or misdescribed products

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the product is faulty, does not match its description, or you are unable to access your download, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work, or you didn't receive your files, email us and we'll resend your access. Please check your spam folder first, as delivery emails are sometimes filtered.

Commissioned imagery

For commissioned brand imagery, a free sample is provided before any payment is taken. Once a paid set has been delivered, fees are non-refundable, but the agreed revision rounds are included to get the work right. If we are unable to deliver what was agreed, you will receive a full refund.
